OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY TO THE 2011 JPM/DAIRYLAND CYCLE INSURANCE GIVEAWAY CONTEST. CONTEST WILL RUN FROM FEBRUARY 7, 2011 THROUGH OCTOBER 16, 2011. FAILURE TO MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS MAY DISQUALIFY WINNER FROM PRIZE. PLEASE READ ALL RULES. - No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and wherever prohibited by law. Contestants register by filling out an online entry form.
- Contest runs from Monday, February 7, 2011 through October 16, 2011. All entries must be received no later than 4:00PM on the 15th of October, 2011.
- The Grand Prize is a brand new, never registered 2011 JPM Custom built for Dairyland Cycle Insurance. Bike will be on display at Sturgis, 2011 and Daytona Biketoberfest, 2011.
- All taxes, licensing, insurance and vehicle registration fees, or other fees, are the responsibility of the winner.
- Must be licensed driver, 18 years and older to enter and win.
- Only one entry, per person allowed. No purchase necessary.
- Only completed entry forms will be accepted.
- Employees of Johnny Pag Motorcycles or Dairyland Cycle Insurance, or any member, or family members, of any participating JPM dealerships are not eligible to enter.
- One (1) grand prize entry will be drawn from all entries received for the contest.
- Drawing will take place Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Biketoberfest in Daytona. The drawing will be held at 3 pm EST. Winner does not need to be present to win.
- The winner will be contacted within 3 days of final drawing. Winner's name will also be published online at JohnnyPag.com.
- Winners must be willing to allow the use of name, photo and voice for future promotional purposes.
- In the event of the winner's failure to qualify or claim the grand prize within 30 days of being notified the motorcycle is ready for delivery, an alternative winner will be drawn from those who qualified as finalists. Should that winner fail to claim the prize within 30 days of being notified, no prize will be awarded.
- All entrants waive any and all claims of liability against all sponsors, agents, affiliates, parent companies and their employees along with any other acting on behalf, for damages, injuries or other losses which relate directly or indirectly to this 2011 Motorcycle Contest Giveaway.
